Shangri-La Homes, located in Patna, is conceptualised as a walk-up apartment development on a 130×200 sq. ft. plot, with 11 units of approximately 1,200 sq. ft. per floor. The design responds sensitively to the existing context by adopting a material palette that aligns with its surroundings. Architecturally, the project explores a balanced fusion of modern design principles with subtle Indian influences, resulting in a contextual yet contemporary expression.
